Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) proudly hosted the UTM Mobility Carnival 2024: Let’s Study Abroad, an international education event held from May 27th to 29th, 2024. The event, organized in collaboration with UTM International and the Department of Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs & Alumni), brought together 60 participants from 39 esteemed institutions across 16 countries.
The carnival aimed to provide a dynamic platform for students and faculty to explore study abroad opportunities and engage with top-tier educational institutions globally. Over the three-day event, UTM facilitated connections between its community and international institutions, fostering new partnerships with long-term benefits.

- Podcasting Sessions: Led by the UTM Student Studio Club (USS), these sessions provided insightful discussions on themes such as entrepreneurship, study abroad, and leadership. The sessions, broadcasted through the USS YouTube channel, were delivered entirely by students and focused on international education, experiences, and collaborations.
The event concluded with a grand finale dinner at Lesong By Johara Restaurant, attended by UTM Vice Chancellor and management representatives. This memorable dinner celebrated the successful connections and partnerships forged during the carnival, underscoring UTM’s commitment to international education.
