Miss Syaza Soraya Sauli and Miss Nadratul Huda Binti Ahmad, prominent youth leaders from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), proudly represented the university at the esteemed ATU-Net Student Leader Forum 2023.
Held at Universitas Airlangga in Indonesia, the event brought together student delegates from multiple member institutions, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Centered around the theme “Youth Leadership Roles in the Sustainable Technology Era,” this year’s forum highlighted the vital role of young leaders in driving innovative technological advancements and fostering environmentally conscious societies.
The program aimed to facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among youth participants, focusing on climate change, green initiatives, technological innovation, and youth empowerment.
During the three-day event, participants were immersed in an intellectually stimulating academic environment, featuring keynote speeches by renowned pioneers and environmentalists.
These influential figures inspired the youth leaders, who were also involved in group brainstorming sessions to develop innovative startup projects.
The forum not only enriched their academic knowledge but also provided a platform for cultural exchange and appreciation of Indonesian heritage.
The ATU-Net Student Leader Forum 2023 emphasized the importance of regional and global collaboration in cultivating a sustainable future.
