JOHOR BAHRU, 6 March 2015 – Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Legal Unit recently hosted a Customer Day to highlight the services it provides.
UTM Senior Legal Officer, Encik Abdul Karim Abdul Aziz said, the main objective of this program was to build a communication platform between the Legal Unit and other divisions.
“Any university staff facing legal problems can also come to us for legal advice without any charges,” he said.
Booths at the event were divided into four sections, namely, Advising and Law Drafting, Litigation and Contracts, Construction & Real Estate and Integrity, Disciplinary and Surcharge.
“Each section was led by one Legal Officer to facilitate visitors with their legal problem,” he said.
The program was launched by the Vice-Chancellor of UTM, Prof. Datuk Ir. Dr. Wahid Omar at the Banquet Hall, Sultan Ibrahim Chancellery Building, Johor Bahru campus.
