PUNGGAI, 23 Feb – In a bid to foster collaboration and boost team dynamics for the upcoming career carnival, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Career Centre initiated a team building program with a group of students serving as the carnival’s ambassadors.

UTM’s renowned UTM Career Carnival is scheduled to take place on 4th to 5th June 2024 with a rebrand to its name, UTM Premium Career Festival (UTM PEARL),  and the current ambassadors are gearing up to bring the best outcome from its predecessor’s achievements. The team building programme was held at  Punggai Bayu Beach Resort from 21st to 23rd February, thus also marking a significant shift to foster a sense of belonging and cohesion among its workforce.

The selected students, dubbed the UTM PEARL 2024 Ambassadors, embarked on a journey of discovery and growth, engaging in a series of interactive workshops and activities designed to cultivate trust, communication, and mutual respect among team members. Through role-playing scenarios, problem-solving exercises, and cultural activities, the ambassadors are paving the way for a more inclusive and collaborative work environment.

As pioneers of this new beginning, the UTM PEARL 2024 Ambassadors exemplify UTM Career Centre’s commitment to ensure the quality and assurance on graduate employability of UTM students and graduates alike. Guiding this exciting event is the High Committee, comprising of ambassadors elected through
the team building who will bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table, fueled by their enthusiasm and determination to make the event a resounding success.
