The programme was conducted in collaboration with TalentCorp Malaysia, the Project Management Technical Division of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), and the IEM Young Engineers Section (YES). The programme also included a curriculum vitae (CV) development and refinement segment, supported by industry input, where students received guidance on presenting their skills and experiences in line with current hiring practices.
The initiative also created opportunities for direct interaction between students and industry representatives, allowing for open discussion on internship expectations, workplace challenges, and skill requirements.
