The UTM ICC trainers shared 15 training modules with the course participants. The modules included theoretical teaching, group exercises, case studies, and site visits.

This TOT program is the first training program organised by UTM ICC for external parties. As part of UTM’s intellectual property commercialisation initiative, UTM ICC took proactive steps by commercialising the ICCUBEX program, which is registered as a copyright.

In addition to sharing their experiences managing UTM ICC as a Technology Transfer Office (TTO) with the participants, they were also taken to visit UTM’s spin-off companies and successful researchers who have commercialised UTM’s intellectual properties.

The participants enjoyed this opportunity to gain insights and experiences from the UTM’s researchers.
