CIPD and NITT Form Strategic Collaboration

The UTM Centre for Innovative Planning and Development (CIPD) will form a strategic collaboration with the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT) in the areas of training and development, research, publications, consultations and staff exchange.

The two seminars were attended by more than 120 participants from over 12 different countries around the world (some of them are: Indonesia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Lybia), including students and academic staff. The next seminar is coming up on 7 December 2020.

Graduates should prepare in advance before graduating

The future preparation among future graduates is very important as these prospective graduates will finish their studies and start exploring the job market or business opportunities while some will be continuing their studies to the postgraduate level.


In line with the announcement made by the government to end the implementation of Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) in Johor on 21 November 2020, and the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) to start on 22 November 2020, UTM will be operating following the Johor state RMCO status with a slight modification taking into account the present closure of schools, and kindergartens/TASKA/ child care centres which are still not operating fully.

Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat (PKPB) di Johor ditamatkan pada 21 November 2020 dan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan (PKPP) bermula 22 November 2020, UTM akan beroperasi sebagaimana keadaan negeri Johor berstatus PKPP sebelum ini dengan sedikit perubahan dalam mengambilkira situasi sekolah yang masih ditutup dan tadika/taska/pusat jagaan kanak-kanak juga belum beroperasi sepenuhnya.
