28 May 2018 MOU signing ceremony was witnessed by delegates from ATSB and UTM Kuala Lumpur invited guests.

Industrial Professional Practice Research Group (IP2G) is in the pipeline of setting up a STEM Lab in UTM Kuala Lumpur. Space related experimental kit will be one of the main components of the training, teaching and learning tools. This will be made possible through collaboration with Malaysia satellite company, Astronautic Technology (M) Sdn Bhd. (ATSB).

Prior to this, two earlier activities by Razak School IP2G had been carried out in collaboration with ATSB. An Ardusat workshop in 2016 at UTM Kuala Lumpur for trainers from among university students, academicians and researchers were organized. And another collaboration was an Ardusat workshop for secondary school students of ADNI Integrated Islamic School in November 2017. The workshop was a pilot study by IP2G researchers, ATSB and collaborators from MJIIT and AIS.
