The culture of giving is indeed embedded in the core values of UTM graduates, and this was shown at the UTM Faculty of Mechanical Engineering’s alumni dinner at the Residensi UTM KL last Saturday, where mock checks totalling RM30,000 were presented to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic & International), Prof. Dr Zainuddin Abdul Manan. The sale of the tables for the dinner, and also the Touch n Go cards from UTMAlumni also provided the additional funds, much needed in the current economical climate.

UTM welcomes donations in any form, and as much or as little as the corporate entity or the individual can spare. Every ringgit that goes into the endowment fund ensures that poor students are able to continue with their studies, and are able to have food in their bellies at night. Your contribution, no matter how small, matters.
