One of the Society of Petroleum Engineer (SPE), University Teknologi Malaysia Student Chapter (UTM SC) delegates, Mr. Teh Lee Cheun, emerged as the 1st runner up in the Paper Contest of 10th Future Petroleum Engineer Forum organized online by SPE Student Chapter in the China University of Petroleum, Beijing (CUPB) on 15th June 2020.

The competition happened between 12 candidates from four different countries which are China, Russia, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Mr. Teh Lee Cheun competed against candidates who have a high education background such as Degree, Master and Ph.D.

This was his second victory throughout this year’s paper competitions. The first victory was in Boreyes International Energy Fair 2020, Indonesia.

The achievements are the testimony of the hard work and continuous effort by Mr. Teh Lee Cheun to make contributions toward SPE SC and UTM.  It also shows his quality as a UTM student and a member of SPE SC.
