19 September 2014 – Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and CMS Consortium Sdn Bhd is to establish collaboration and to work together for the benefit in an initiative known as Cohesive Mobility Solution (COMOS).

The collaborative efforts will be of mutual benefit and will contribute to an enduring institutional linkage for academic and R&D cooperation and assistance.

COMOS as the platform to further development of smart mobility concept involving branding, technology and capacity building. The objectives are :

1. Joint development and commercialization of highly efficient hydrogen Electric Vehicle (EV) charging system.

2. Branding and installation of charging infrastructure at UTM Kuala Lumpur campus.

3. Further enhancement of the smart mobility concept and solution deployed by COMOS

4. Jointly promote and show case smart green mobility solution in all UTM campuses
