UTMFaces is open and is located at Lot N9-N10, Aeromall, Sultan Ismail International Airport, 81250 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Renovation began in May 2011.

The design concept of UTMFaces is user friendly and high technology. This is in accordance to the direction towards the conservation of the UTM campus and eco-tourism campus. A combination of steel and wood structure represents high technology and aesthetics. The design and decoration retains UTM corporate colors.

UTMFaces act as a one-stop centre for customers of Sultan Ismail International Airport to get the latest information on UTM, UTM merchandise and its products. It includes four main components: –

1) Information kiosks service, galleries and a reading corner.
2) Sales of books from UTM Press, products of Bioproduct Development Institute (IBD) and merchandise from the Kedai Universiti.
3) Meeting Room facility.
4) Space for relaxing and rest.

The opening of UTMFaces allows UTM to be more focused and close to the customer for the convenience of accessing programs, services and expertise in UTM.
UTMFaces will be an important attraction at the Sultan Ismail International Airport in order to increase the number of customers, increase the number of students, increase to market executive and part-time program and increasing the number of industry partners from within and outside of Malaysia.
