Johor Bahru, 7th January: The Transformation, Risk Management and Audit Division andin collaboration with the Human Capital Development Division, Office of the Registrar hadorganised a workshop on Break Pattern on Human Capital.
The one-day workshop is to identify critical issues and problems in each of the Key Focus Areas through brainstorming sessions.
This event focuses on the identification of projects to be implemented by each KeyFocus Area. Leaders were appointed to lead the project during the workshop sessions.
Among the aspects discussed were the subject on the university transformation and also the impact and coordination of human resources management and development of the university.
Other technical matters discussed were training, policy, management and optimization of human resources and other problems that arise with respect to this matter.
Participants of the workshop were the university administrators who are currently holding positions from grade N27 to N54 from every administration divisions in UTM.
The event was inaugurated by the Senior Deputy Registrar, Division of Human Resource Management, Tuan Hj. Hassan Husin representing the Registrar, Tuan Hj. Wan Zawawi Wan Abdul Rahman.
The workshop was held at the Banquet Hall, UTM Johor Bahru campus and was facilitated by Prof. Madya Dr. Ahmad Rahman Songip, Director of Transformation, Risk Management and Audit Division of UTM.
