A proud alumnus of UTM’s Faculty of Civil Engineering (FKA), Arvindran completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering (1995–1999), Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) (1999–2001), and Master of Engineering (Construction Management) (2002–2003). His academic journey laid the foundation for a distinguished career spanning more than two decades in engineering, construction and project management.
Today, Arvindran serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for PROMATAN, leading the delivery of complex engineering, infrastructure and construction projects across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, he has built a reputation for strategic leadership, project excellence and business innovation, working with clients across both the public and private sectors.
His professional achievements were recognised when he was featured among the Top 10 Alumni Leaders from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia – 2023, published by CEO Insights Asia in its special edition, Leading Asia’s Educational Ecosystem to the Future.
