This competition had attracted 73 final year psychology students from SHARPS who are taking the Positive Psychology SHAY 4043 course. These students were divided into 14 groups of contestants to be involved in this competition.
All the contestants are required to create a poster and a pre-recorded video as a role-play that related to the Positive Psychology Intervention focus. This competition was intended to share knowledge and develop awareness about the application of positive psychology for flourishing well-being. Apart from that, this competition also aimed to enhance the creativity of psychology students in developing a Positive Psychology Intervention program.
All the posters and pre-recorded videos were evaluated by two Psychology Senior Lecturers, Dr. Amalina Ibrahim and Dr. Nor Akmar Nordin. The juries had selected three groups of contestants as the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards winners. Besides, there were also winners for the Best Poster and Merit Award that had been selected from this competition.
