Alumni from the diverse academic session of Department of Biosciences, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), gathered to welcome new students from the 2020/2021 sessions. A total of four alumni have voluntarily shared their unforgettable experiences and memories throughout their studies through a video.

Along with the sharing, a short virtual tour of the faculty building, T02 was also been shown to provide the freshman with a little bit of information about a few notable locations. The sharing was given by Muhammad Ramziuddin Zakaria, Nur Fakhira Mohd Asri, Nur Anisa Sapi’i and Evance Yolanzio Sinel. The video was created by the alumni under Aimiz Studios (Aimi Alina Hussin and Nur Amira Hidayah Ahmad) and guidance from Dr. Mohd Farizal Ahmad Kamaroddin.

In every journey, there must be interesting stories that matter to the alumni which they feel glad to share for the benefit of the freshman. Laboratory and lecture experiences would be a good start for Biosciences students to get exposed to, especially during this pandemic occurrence.

Apart from that, the extra-curricular participation has also been shared along with the international program opportunities, such as the student exchange program to Japan. In short, the video is created based on different aspects of the alumni journey, covered up from their learning adventures until their active involvements in various extra-curricular held by numerous clubs and associations.
