MUMBAI, 16 November 2014 – The Dean of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Baharuddin Aris was awarded the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education (Multimedia & Internet Based Learning).
He received the award at the World Education Congress 2014 held at Taj Lands Ends Hotel, Mumbai, India.
The World Education Congress provided participants with the platform to discuss current trends of the educational system in line with the theme of the congress, “Evolving Trends in Education”.
The congress examined modern as well as traditional knowledge system and further explored how education can help develop mental, emotional and physical skills to help facilitate personal excellence as well as psychological and socioeconomic well-being, in this challenging time.
Besides networking opportunities, the conference offers unique in-depth approaches to understanding important academic issues that affect an Institution’s viability in today’s fast-paced business environment.
