Professor Dr Chin Siong Ho talk about the importance of research and development in tackling climate change, and explains why it does not need to be an expensive transition.  This interview was at the Climate Change Conference in Durban. Professor Chin Siong Ho has made UTM and Malaysia proud as his team were the only university from Malaysia respented at this event.
