FINALLY Pro Chancellor, Tan Sri Dr. Salleh Mohd Nor safely arrived at Everest Base Camp (EBC) two days ago on 12 November 2012, at 10.50 am local time. He and his team took eight days trekking from Lukla Airport (2,840m) to EBC (5,364m).

He was accompanied by Assistant Registrar, Sabri Ahmad separated with his team at Lobuche while coming down to Lukla on 13 November 2012. The team lead by Azim Afif Ishak is going to Lobuche Base Camp to climb Lobouche Peak (6,135m) and Island Peak (6,189m). They will be back in Malaysia on 3 December 2012.
