Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics Expert Speaks at 2019 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Information, Communication and Systems 2019 (SPICSCON2019)

Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics expert and also Electrophysiology (EPL) research group leader, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Norliza Mohd Noor, has been invited as a Keynote Speaker in a three-day conference jointly organized by IEEE Signal Processing Society Bangladesh Chapter and IEEE Bangladesh Section at Asia Hotel and Resorts, Dhaka, Bangladesh from 28-31 November 2019.

The conference served as a platform for international academic researchers and research scholars working mainly in the field of Signal Processing, Information Technology, Communications and Systems applications to exchange and share their experience and research results on diverse theoretical and practical problems.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Norliza Mohd Noor was invited to share her expertise and vast experience on Computer Aided Diagnostics (CAD). With the title of ‘ Computer Aided Diagnostics for Lung Disease Classification’, she talked about the development and the success of the computer-aided diagnostics and also her current work in developing a computer aided diagnostics system for lung disease mass screening.

SPICSCON 2019 was a very enriching and fruitful conference that had successfully provided delegates with stimulating and informative knowledge related to CAD. It was indeed an excellent platform for all delegates to share and exchange ideas and to strengthen networking and professional opportunities.
