Prof. Dr. Razali Mahmud is a Professor from GeoCoastal Research Unit, Faculty of Geoinformation and Real Estate, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)

His area of specializations are in hydrographic surveying, and also a member of Royal Institutions of Surveyors, Malaysia.
