Congratulations to the UTM Team for winning 1st place in Business Idea at IHL-MSC Malaysia Startup Challenge (i-MSC) 2014 organised by MDeC on 17th July 2014 at Hilton KL. 

The team comprises Mr Lim Thol Yong and Miss Ng Ee Leen supervised by Dr Yeong Che Fai from Faculty of Electric (FKE). Both the students are in their final year. The project titled ‘360 degree sensing car system’ is also Mr Lim’s Final Year Project for his Bachelor of Electrical-Mechatronic programme at FKE, UTM. 

There was a total of 55 business ideas submitted by 21 universities and polytechnics. The team receives RM6,000 cash prize, trophies and certificates.
